Description
The Town of Ayer is seeking a contractor to clean and redevelop two drinking-water wells: Grove Pond Well 6 and Spec Pond Well 1B. The procurement is for well maintenance services and requires a written quote using the Quote Form identified as Section 00310. The estimated contract amount is between $10,000 and $50,000. A 50% payment bond is required if the quote exceeds $25,000; no bid or performance bond is required. Insurance requirements are referenced in the agreement.
