Description
The Manhattan Park District is soliciting sealed bids for the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC mechanical renovations at The Round Barn. The in-floor portion is a priority; other work may extend beyond the stated completion date by agreement with the owner and contractor. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Bids must include a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Manhattan Park District in the amount of 10% of the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The project is scheduled to commence October 12, 2026, with completion required no later than October 23, 2026, subject to the stated exception for non-priority work.
