Description
Union School District 81 is seeking qualifications from experienced construction management firms to provide construction management advisor services for a new EC–8 school building. The scope includes planning, bidding, and construction-related services. Complete RFQ guidelines, scope of work, and submittal requirements are available from the district. Respondents must comply with applicable Illinois statutory requirements. The district reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in its best interest.
