Description
IHC Construction Companies LLC is seeking protected-class, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses—including PCE, DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, VBE, VOSB, and SDVOSB firms—for subcontracting and supplier opportunities associated with the Alternative Water Source Program JOL-08-03 Booster Station, Station Upgrades, Morgan Street PRV, Contract No. 3005-1126. The requested scopes include demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, process interconnections, material processing and handling equipment, process gas and liquid handling, purification and storage equipment, and water and wastewater equipment. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, value, and demonstrated ability, and negotiations must be completed before the bid date.
