Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks window washing at its Marion and Fort Wayne campuses. Work includes cleaning exterior windows, frames, sills, sashes, screens, and exterior door glass, including removal of specified discoloration and debris. Services are generally performed twice annually; certain Marion outer-building windows are cleaned annually, and the solicitation provides building-specific window lists and schedules. The Fort Wayne scope includes Building 7 beginning in Option Year 1. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, equipment, and materials. The solicitation requests pricing for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Offers are evaluated on total price, with past performance considered as a responsibility standard. The offeror must submit a quality control program before award and comply with the stated limitations on subcontracting.
