Description
Northeastern Wayne School Corporation is requesting proposals for symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput of approximately 2 Gbps, scalable to approximately 4 Gbps, delivered to the head-end at Northeastern High School. Proposals must provide laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments, pricing for approximately 15 public IPv4 addresses and additional address growth, and optional equivalent IPv6 pricing. The service provider must include any provider-owned onsite equipment needed for the handoff and describe the service pathway, including third-party leased lines if applicable. Responses must separately identify recurring, non-recurring, installation, special-construction, and other service costs; describe the proposed technical solution and completion timeline; provide a proposed SLA with 99.99% network availability efforts, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour temporary or permanent repair, chronic-trouble provisions, and monthly and annual service reporting; provide three similar-service references with contact information, an E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated requirements and E-Rate contingencies. The contract is expected to run approximately three to five years, with voluntary extensions considered, but evergreen or automatically renewing terms are not acceptable.
