Description
New Castle-Henry County Public Library is requesting proposals for approximately three cellular data plans or air cards providing wireless internet service at 25–50 Mbps. The service will support hotspot devices used by the library bookmobile and mobile outreach programs, including checking books in and out and registering residents for library cards. Proposals must include the vendor’s E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), separate monthly recurring and any distinct maintenance or insurance costs, and available governmental-unit discounts. Installation and initial configuration are identified as part of the Category One service request, and price will be the primary evaluation factor, although the library may select the best-qualified vendor. The solicitation does not provide a total budget or a contract term.
