Description
Alexandria Community School Corporation is seeking internet access and standalone lit WAN data transmission services connecting Alexandria CSC’s Admin Building at 800 N Central and Alexandria Monroe Jr.-Sr. High School at 1 Burden Ct. The requested service is symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 1–2 Gbps to 5 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput, demarcation in existing network closets, service-level changes during the contract term, and 16 or more public IPv4 addresses. Optional IPv6 pricing may also be provided. Proposals must include complete recurring and non-recurring pricing by service tier and site, applicable discounts and Lowest Corresponding Price/GSA pricing, any price escalators, a detailed service description and implementation timeline, a proposed service-level agreement, three similar-service references with contact information, the vendor’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. Equipment or components from entities identified as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121 are prohibited. The requested service is to begin July 1, 2027.
