Description

Noblesville Schools is soliciting proposals for a Category 2 E-Rate network equipment project. The scope includes new, factory-sealed network equipment and related components, including 65 HPE Aruba CX 6300M 48-port PoE switches, 65 power supplies and U.S. power cords, four HPE Aruba 8360-48Y6C v2 switches with power cords, four one-year next-business-day exchange service items, and two 100G QSFP28 direct-attach copper cables. Proposals may include equivalent products, but must explain how each equivalent meets the required functionality. Respondents must provide line-item pricing, clearly separate eligible and ineligible costs, identify all related hardware and software, disclose applicable fees and warranties, and provide manufacturer certifications or relationships. The response must also include two similar installation references, an E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute contract incorporating the stated E-Rate funding contingencies. The district requires new equipment with original manufacturer warranties and will not accept used, refurbished, open-box, discontinued, gray-market, or otherwise non-new equipment. The project may be adjusted, reduced, canceled, or scaled back based on funding availability or the district's best interests.
