Description
Western Wayne Schools seeks proposals for either or both of two WAN connectivity options between Western Wayne Elementary School and Lincoln Middle High School: fully managed leased lit fiber, or leased dark fiber. Bidders may propose approximately 1, 2, 5, and 10 Gbps lit service tiers; dark fiber proposals should price up to two strands and include recurring maintenance and operations. Optional dark-fiber proposals may also include equipment to light the fiber. Special construction and recurring charges must be itemized separately, and proposals must describe the network design, service levels, construction and completion schedule, pricing, experience, references, E-Rate provider information, and a ready-to-execute contract. The project is contingent on E-Rate funding and an applicant-issued notice to proceed; the stated service start is July 1, 2027.
