The City of Palm Bay is soliciting debt collection services for its Utility and Building Departments. Accounts referred for collection will include outstanding utility bills and unpaid building permit fees. Each department may have distinct business requirements, while the general project requirements remain consistent; the City does not conduct collection activities on these accounts. The draft agreement states an initial three-year term from the date of award, with two additional one-year renewal periods by mutual agreement. The contractor must provide references for at least three current comparable service relationships. The solicitation package also includes human-trafficking, non-collusion, and drug-free-workplace documents.
