Description
The Virginia Office of the Attorney General is soliciting professional services to collect debts on behalf of state public bodies through its Division of Debt Collection. The scope excludes amounts owed for taxes, court costs or fines, and child support. Agencies may generally refer outstanding receivables that are less than $3,000 and more than 60 days old, while debts greater than $3,000 and more than 60 days old must be referred to the Division of Debt Collection. The posting states that submissions sent through EVA will be ignored and directs vendors to the linked response system for additional information.
