Description
Harris County is requesting proposals from qualified providers to deliver Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A-funded services for eligible people living with HIV in the Houston Eligible Metropolitan Area. The scope includes Clinical Case Management, Medical Nutritional Therapy, Oral Health Care targeted to rural clients outside Harris County, and Vision Care. Services must be available throughout the eligible metropolitan area and comply with Ryan White, HRSA, Medicaid, Medicare, clinical, data-management, quality-assurance, and applicable federal, state, and county requirements. The solicitation requires separate proposals by service category and includes detailed program, methodology, staffing, experience, capacity, financial-management, referral, quality-management, and client-outcome requirements. Providers must submit pricing and applicable budget forms, demonstrate relevant experience and past performance, provide references, complete numerous certifications and questionnaires, and submit supporting records such as licenses, insurance documentation, SAM.gov verification, financial statements or audits, organizational materials, resumes, and applicable subcontractor documentation. The anticipated initial term is one year beginning approximately March 1, 2027, with four possible one-year renewal options.
