Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for specified quantities and dimensions of aluminum bars and tubes, bronze and Ampcoloy bars, nickel 718 bar, 52100 steel bar, and maraging 350 stainless-steel bar. Vendors may offer the same products or domestic equivalents, and the solicitation applies the FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal provision. The bill of materials identifies ten line items, including 6061 and 7075 aluminum products, C614 bronze, Ampcoloy 944, nickel 718, 52100 carbon steel, and maraging 350 stainless steel. Responses must include a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and an Exceptions/Non-Compliance section or an express statement that no exceptions are taken.
