Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 10 feet of annealed, hot-finished, round steel bar, 1 inch in diameter and 10 to 20 feet long, meeting specified chemical composition, tensile strength, yield point, elongation, reduction-of-area, and cold-bend requirements. The item is NSN 9510-00-189-7440 and must comply with MIL-DTL-24093B, applicable technical and quality requirements, and the referenced technical data package. The supplier must provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance with each shipment, apply continuous identification markings, and comply with specified packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, and delivery requirements. Only suppliers listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors are eligible for award unless a deviation is identified. The quote must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
