Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking eight feet of cold-drawn, square 1018/1020 steel bar stock, 2.500 inches across flats, with a length of 8 to 12 feet and a stated weight of 21.260 pounds per foot. The requirement is identified by NSN 9510-00-261-5336 and includes a quantity variance of plus 10 percent and minus 0 percent. The material must comply with the referenced technical data package, ASTM A108, SAE AMS2806, applicable DLA packaging and marking requirements, and continuous identification-marking requirements. A Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) is required with each shipment. Only suppliers listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors are eligible for award unless a deviation is identified.
