Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for 20 feet of XM-13 steel round bar, centerless ground, 2.250 inches in diameter, 10 to 12 feet long, and 13.520 pounds per foot. The material must comply with the cited SAE AMS5629 and SAE AMS2806 standards and the referenced technical data package, including the applicable quality and packaging requirements. The solicitation requires delivery within 150 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. The supplier must provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) with every shipment and meet continuous identification, marking, packaging, and qualified-supplier requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the designated electronic bid board system; the solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
