Description
The State seeks a single contractor to supply the specified TEMA uniform items, including tactical shirts and pants, polos, jackets, rainwear, belts, bags, and headgear. Substitutions are not allowed. Pricing must address agency-logo, name/title, and Velcro patch monogramming, additional sizing charges, and jacket and outerwear labeling. The contractor must provide on-site fitting and measurement services twice annually at four TEMA facilities, perform specified pant alterations, and exchange or reorder items that do not fit at no additional cost. The contractor must implement an online ordering system, provide monthly order lists for written approval before fulfilling orders, and deliver items as ordered. The contract is for 24 months, with one optional renewal of up to 12 months. The specifications require a physical contractor location within 50 miles of the agency's Nashville headquarters.
