Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research for construction services to correct facility condition assessment deficiencies at Nashville National Cemetery. The anticipated work includes building renovations; historic restoration and preservation; hazardous-material abatement; demolition; electrical and ADA improvements; paving, fencing, and gate repairs; signage and monument replacement or repair; masonry restoration; and related site work. Interested firms are asked to provide company identification and SDVOSB certification status, single-project bonding capacity, details of two similar projects completed within the past five years, experience with historic restoration, lead-based paint and asbestos abatement, and construction in sensitive environments, plus a statement of interest in submitting an offer if a solicitation is issued. Responses are limited to two pages and should address only the requested information. This is not a solicitation for offers.
