Description
The City of Saint-Jerome is soliciting competitive bids for construction of a western fire station west of Autoroute 15. The scope includes site clearing beginning upon contract award and continuing through April 2027, followed by building construction from April 2027 through November 2028. The estimated contract period is 24 months, and award will be based on the lowest proposed price. Solicitation documents and amendments must be obtained through the Quebec government's electronic tendering system, SEAO. Paper bids must be physically delivered in a sealed, opaque envelope identified as required by the tender documents. Applicable trade agreements include the Quebec-Ontario Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
