Description
Sicangu Wicoti Awayankapi Corporation is soliciting bids for labor to repair roofs and/or windows at 40 units. Bidders should provide per-unit costs, including labor, mileage, trash disposal, TECRO and excise taxes, and additional pricing for seamless gutters and installation accessories, #2 pine, and paint or primer for fascia installation. The contractor must provide all tools and equipment, secure and report any additional roof damage, stack and secure removed metal, transport disposable materials to the landfill, pay dumping fees and roll-off charges, and complete cleanup. The bid must include a statement describing Indian preference methods for subcontracting, training, and employment, or a certification explaining why compliance is infeasible. Insurance is required before work begins, including public liability and property damage, automobile liability, workers' compensation as required by state regulations, and cargo liability as specified. A tribal business license and compliance with applicable TECRO requirements are also required before award. More than one contract may be awarded.
