Description
The State of South Dakota, through the South Dakota Department of Human Services, is soliciting bids for the third construction phase of the South Dakota Developmental Center decentralization project in Redfield, South Dakota. The solicitation is identified as OSE# H1127--01X/SWMR. Electronic bids are accepted through the state's procurement system until the stated deadline. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will be held at the Physical Plant Conference Room; the meeting is the bidders' only opportunity to review the site. Plans and specifications may be obtained from Roby, Quintal & Everson LTD. Consulting Engineers. For bids exceeding $100,000, bidders must provide either a certified, cashier's, or bank draft for 5% of the base bid and add alternates by mail, or upload a 10% bid bond with the electronic bid.
