Description
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed HVAC contractors for complete replacement of the existing Lennox HVAC system at the Rosebud Diabetes Prevention Program/Rosebud Wellness Center. The work includes inspecting and evaluating the existing system; removing and disposing of existing equipment; furnishing and installing a properly sized, energy-efficient replacement system; modifying ductwork, controls, and electrical connections; providing all related labor, materials, and equipment; testing and startup; and verifying proper operation. Bidders must provide manufacturer and contractor warranty information, train designated staff on operation and maintenance, and include a detailed scope of work, itemized costs, equipment specifications, estimated project timeline, proof of applicable licenses and insurance, and references for similar completed projects. Indian preference applies under applicable Rosebud Sioux Tribal procurement requirements; Indian-owned businesses claiming preference must submit current certification with their bids.
