Description
The South Dakota Bureau of Human Resources and Administration is soliciting bids for replacement of the roof at the Mickelson Building in the Capitol Complex. The project is identified as OSE# ACC27--08X. Electronic bids must be submitted through the State of South Dakota procurement system by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will be held at the Mickelson Building on October 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time; this is the only opportunity for bidders to review the site. Plans and specifications may be obtained from ISG, Inc. Each bid exceeding $100,000 requires either a 5% certified, cashier's, or bank draft submitted in advance or a 10% bid bond uploaded with the electronic bid.
