The City of Edmond is seeking a supplier to print 2,000 half-sheet farmer's market flyers measuring 5.5 by 8.5 inches. Flyers must use 70-pound text, uncoated smooth bright-white paper, four-color CMYK printing on one side, and bleeds. The quoted price must be firm and include materials, setup, imprinting, and delivery. The completed flyers must be in hand by October 8, 2026. Suppliers must provide pricing, acknowledge the stated terms and credit-card payment provisions, and certify that the respondent is authorized to represent and bind the company.
