Description
The City of Edmond, on behalf of YourGovShop cooperative members, is soliciting bids for miscellaneous electrical materials on an as-needed basis. Package A includes gray Schedule 40 PVC conduit in multiple diameters and lengths, PVC couplings, 45- and 90-degree elbows, and PVC glue. Package B includes Schedule 40 galvanized steel elbows in multiple diameters, angles, and radii. Quantities listed are annual estimates and may vary; bidders may submit pricing by item, group of items, or on an all-or-none basis. The resulting contract is expected to begin approximately October 26, 2026, expire June 30, 2027, and include four annual renewal options. Delivery dates must be stated, and materials must generally be shipped prepaid, FOB destination, with deliveries made to the location specified on each ordering instrument. Bids must include pricing, delivery information, warranty terms, required acknowledgments, and the completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
