Description
This solicitation is for spare aircraft seals, specifically items that support and secure the #2 bearing in the core bearing housing assembly. The material for these seals is nickel alloy. The estimated quantity is 56 each, with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 87. Additionally, the requirement includes one First Article, two additional First Articles, one First Article Test Plan, and one First Article Test Report. The intended application is for the F100 Engine, with a destination code of SW3211. Required delivery is on or before April 26, 2027. This requirement is not a small business set-aside. A First Article Contractor Test is required for approved sources other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Pratt & Whitney. Qualified sources include Paramount Machine Company, Inc. (Cage: 2T575), Raytheon Technologies Corporation (Cage: 52661), and Numet Machining Techniques, LLC (9Y765).
