Description
The City of Edmond is seeking a comprehensive server solution for its Traffic Management Center. The selected vendor will supply, configure, install, test, document, maintain, and support a server capable of running video wall software, processing approximately 250 camera streams, supporting the current 24-monitor video wall with expansion to 28 monitors, integrating with existing monitors and Axis cameras, supporting Windows 11, and integrating with NinjaOne and Microsoft Teams. Proposals may include Jupiter Canvas or an alternative video wall management platform, with complete hardware, software, licensing, integration, performance, and compatibility details. The response must include a detailed implementation, assessment, compatibility, technology, deployment, quality assurance, project management, staffing, maintenance, and pricing proposal. Vendors must provide at least three comparable customer references from the past three years, including contact information and project descriptions. Pricing must itemize server hardware and installation, software licensing, annual hardware maintenance, other expenses, and administrative costs, and must include the completed Appendix A pricing worksheet as an Excel attachment. A signed and attached Non-Collusion Affidavit is also required. The solicitation specifies workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, general/public liability and property damage, and cyber liability insurance requirements before the contract becomes effective.
