Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 437 O-rings, NSN 5331-01-188-0871, part number 1354-012, manufactured by Woodward, Inc. The item is an Air Force-designated critical safety item and must be free of asbestos. The solicitation requires supply-chain traceability documentation, origin inspection and acceptance, SAE AS9100 or equivalent quality compliance, and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129, including the contractor's CAGE code, actual manufacturer's CAGE code, and part number. The O-rings must be packaged in accordance with the specified military packaging requirements, including a medium-duty waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bag and MIL-STD-2073-1E preservation and packing instructions. Delivery is required within 74 days after order, FOB origin, to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker Air Force Base. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date.
