Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting an electronic bid for renovation of the existing men's and women's seasonal restrooms at Riverside Sports Complex. The work includes selective demolition, masonry repairs, new hollow-metal doors and frames, painting, toilet compartments and accessories, plumbing fixtures, electrical and lighting work, resinous flooring with integral cove base, accessible curb ramps, concrete sidewalks and steps, handrails, parking improvements, signage, and related site work to meet building-code and ADA accessibility requirements. Bidders may submit a general construction bid, separate mechanical and electrical pricing, or a combination bid covering all specified trade divisions. The general construction bid must include an allowance and an assignment-fee percentage not exceeding 5 percent. The bid requires completion of the City's forms and submission of the unmodified Excel pricing workbook, with pricing entered for all commodity lines. The project is subject to mandatory 7% MBE and 4% WBE subcontracting goals, prevailing-wage requirements, and the City's construction, insurance, bonding, safety, and subcontracting provisions.
