Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research for an anticipated IDIQ requirement providing 24/7/365 synchronous audio-video telebehavioral health services for emergency departments. Qualified licensed clinicians—including psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and equivalent professionals—must support suicide-risk assessments using C-SSRS and SAFE-T, crisis intervention and de-escalation, Stanley-Brown safety planning, lethal-means counseling, higher-level-of-care placement coordination, interpreter-access coordination, culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, and medication-stabilization consultation by qualified prescribing providers. The requirement initially supports emergency departments at Pine Ridge Hospital, Rosebud Hospital, Eagle Butte Hospital, Fort Yates Hospital, and Belcourt Hospital, with services delivered through Webex or another designated platform. Personnel must have active unrestricted U.S. licensure and at least two years of emergency or crisis behavioral-health experience. The anticipated structure is a base period plus four option years, and the PWS describes task-order-based IDIQ ordering. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing company information, socioeconomic status, capability, organizational experience, and relevant past performance, within a 10-page limit and specified formatting requirements.
