Description
San Mateo County's Controller's Office is seeking professional services to prepare the County's annual Cost Allocation Plan in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 and the State Controller's handbook. The contractor will coordinate data collection with County departments, prepare the plan using County financial data, develop related schedules and cost documentation, prepare annual reimbursement claims, incorporate County comments, and provide final plans for submission to the State Controller's Office. The initial agreement term is three years, covering fiscal years 2027 through 2029, with two additional one-year options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, qualifications and project approach, references, a separate fee proposal, minimum qualifications documentation, SAMS good-standing certification, and UEI documentation. The technical proposal is limited to 15 pages, and electronic files must include the proposer's name and solicitation title and number in each filename.
