Description
The Oak Ridge Land Bank is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide accounting services, including bookkeeping, preparation of monthly financial statements, preparation and filing of an annual tax return, and coordination with staff, board members, and the Land Bank's audit firm and other relevant stakeholders. Letters of interest must describe experience providing accounting services for nonprofit corporations and/or local governments. The anticipated contract term is one year, with an option to renew for up to four additional years. The letter of interest is not a prerequisite to a future bidding opportunity; qualified submissions will be presented to the Land Bank Board for discussion and decision after the deadline.
