Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires the supply and delivery of two tiny homes, each approximately 400 square feet, to Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge. These homes will be used to house seasonal staff, interns, and visiting employees. The specifications include a steel trailer base, 29-gauge steel metal roof and siding, R20 wall insulation, R30 floor and ceiling insulation, insulated doors, windows, recessed lighting, a heating and cooling mini-split system, a kitchen with sink, counters, and cabinets, a built-in dresser in the bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The contractor is responsible for building and delivering the tiny homes according to these specifications and providing all information, manuals, and warranty details. The Service will prepare concrete slabs for delivery and installation. Product delivery must be coordinated with the point of contact and will be the contractor's responsibility until accepted by refuge staff.
