Description
Groton Area School District 06-6, South Dakota, is seeking proposals from interested firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services. The selected firm will assist with the design and specification development for additions and renovations to the district's existing facilities located in Groton, SD. Following the design phase, the firm will provide construction management services throughout the construction process. The district plans to issue Requests for Proposals on Thursday, June 11, 2026, with proposal responses due by 1:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 2, 2026. CO-OP Architecture has been contracted for Architecture and Engineering services. The district is required to competitively bid the project once plans and specifications are complete and cost estimates and construction timelines are approved by the School Board. The agreement between the CMaR and the District will utilize AIA Document A133.
