Description
The Fargo VA Health Care System is seeking information and capabilities for a new Overhead Paging / Public Address System. This is an Industry Day event to conduct market research and identify potential sources for the provision and installation of a standalone, IP-addressable, networked, wired Public Address System. The system must be capable of zone paging, live and pre-recorded messages, and interface with existing systems such as the telephone system, nurse call/code blue, and the LYNX system. The system should provide clear and targeted audio throughout the facility, with volume control by zone and a minimum of one hour of battery backup. The contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of the system, including de-installation of the current system. The installation is expected to be completed within 180 days ARO (After Receipt of Order). No construction is anticipated at this time, but any contractor requiring construction must provide an explanation.
