Description
The City of La Marque is soliciting bids for lawn maintenance services at 18 city facilities, parks, cemetery, and economic development properties. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, fuel, supervision, materials, disposal fees, and incidentals; removing trash and debris; mowing grass and weeds; trimming hedges, trees, and turf edges; blowing or sweeping grass and leaves; and properly disposing of clippings, limbs, trash, and debris. The initial service period runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a one-year renewal option. Service frequency varies by season, and bidders must provide per-visit pricing for each location. Bidders must be registered with the City, submit the provided bid forms, provide current insurance documentation, and include bid security equal to 5% of the maximum bid price. The successful bidder must provide 100% payment and performance bonds after award.
