Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Jennings is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for a general construction contract covering all trades to replace roofing materials on multiple living units at sites LA 118-1B, 1C, and 2. Bidders must be properly licensed for the applicable trades and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. A 5 percent bid security is required with each bid. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond, a separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance acceptable to the owner. Work will begin upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and is subject to liquidated damages; the contract time is not specified in the provided notice.
