Description
The City of Lake Charles is soliciting sealed bids for repair of the Shell Beach Drive Bridge over Pithon Coulee. Bidders must submit the proper paper or electronic bid form and comply with the project specifications, Louisiana contractor-licensing requirements, and applicable bid procedures. A bid guarantee consisting of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates is required. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The lowest responsible bid complying with the specifications will be evaluated for award.
