Description
Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is requesting sealed qualification statements for on-call engineering design and consulting services supporting various capital improvement projects. The selected contractor or contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis under a qualification-based procurement. Qualification statements must be sealed and plainly marked with the opportunity title and solicitation number. Minority-owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate. The solicitation states that the parish will have no obligation until a contract is fully executed.
