Description
The City of Cleveland seeks a vendor to provide, clean, and exchange five dark-blue walk-off mats weekly: three 3' × 5' mats, one 3' × 10' runner, and one 4' × 6' mat. Mats must have at least 24 ounces of fiber per square yard, a carpet pile of at least 5/16 inch, nonslip backing, and nosing on all four sides. The vendor must collect the mats at the end of the contract. Bidders must provide weekly pricing, including delivery fees; proof of delivery or a service ticket is required with each invoice.
