Description
The Housing Authority of the City of High Point is seeking an HVAC contractor to provide routine service, preventive maintenance, equipment replacement, small and extensive projects not exceeding $50,000, and emergency repairs. The scope includes installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning equipment serving agency staff, residents, and visitors. The proposal must include the listed certifications, affidavits, personnel and workforce information, references and experience, responder and firm profiles, cost proposal, financial statement or audit, HUD-5369-C, asbestos/mold/lead certification, and other information requested on the evaluation criteria form. The contractor must comply with applicable nondiscrimination requirements; minority-owned, women-owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to participate.
