Bonneville Joint School District 93 is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Tellabs equipment support and Tellabs Panorama software licensing, or compatible equivalents, for its existing network infrastructure. The scope covers Tellabs OLAN equipment, including an OLT 1150 and approximately 577 ONT devices, as well as support for 578 switches and related software or licenses. The vendor must provide installation, configuration, ongoing licensing management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals must describe the proposed licensing products and features, pricing and payment terms, implementation timeline, installation and configuration approach, training, support response times and escalation procedures, remote-access capabilities, warranty and maintenance terms, company qualifications, Tellabs experience, and references from clients with similar work. The anticipated contract structure is a three-year base term with two optional one-year renewals.
