Description
This federal-aid highway construction project covers US-91 from Park Lawn to Siphon Road in Chubbuck. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and borrow, granular subbase, aggregate base, hot-mix asphalt pavement, pavement removal and markings, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, fencing, signs, and temporary traffic control. Additional work includes storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation and water-main improvements, manholes, inlets, drywells, traffic signals, pedestrian systems, illumination, surveying, record drawings, landscaping, seeding, wetland mitigation, utility and structure removals, and mobilization. The bid items also include contingency amounts for directed repairs and excavation conditions.
