Description
Grace Joint School District No. 148 is soliciting competitive proposals for Category 1 dedicated Internet access supporting its schools. The requirement is for one minimum 1 Gbps symmetrical connection, with a strong preference for fiber-optic connectivity, delivered to the district network hub at 704 South Main Street, Grace, Idaho, and serving three school entities. The service must use a standard Ethernet handoff to the district’s existing firewall infrastructure and provide a minimum 99.99% network uptime guarantee. Proposals must include a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), separately identify E-Rate-eligible monthly recurring charges from one-time non-recurring charges and ineligible fees, and address pricing for one-year, three-year, and five-year terms. Proposals will be evaluated based on eligible price, speed capabilities, and technical reliability. Installation and initial configuration are required.
