Description
Indian River County, on behalf of Sandridge Golf Club, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive custodial and day-porter services at a new clubhouse and designated golf-course support facilities. The scope includes opening-readiness service, ongoing restroom inspection and cleaning, public-area and high-touch-surface cleaning, trash and consumables management, Pro Shop and office cleaning, four golf-course shelters, Birdie House, and cart-barn employee areas. Restaurant dining, kitchen, and catering-kitchen operations are generally excluded except for specifically identified offices, restroom areas, and common-area interfaces. The contractor must provide staffing from a 5:45 a.m. daily start through normal closing operations, maintain coverage during remote-facility routes, respond to spills and other corrective-cleaning needs, provide supervision and quality control, document inspections through Microsoft Forms or another approved digital system, and submit a staffing/work plan, quality-control plan, startup plan, qualifications, references, and pricing. Separately priced services include post-event banquet cleaning, extended-hours event coverage, carpet extraction/deep cleaning, and specialty or high-access window cleaning. The proposal must include labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and consumables for the base service.
