Description
The School District of Manatee County is soliciting multiple suppliers to provide a broad range of custodial cleaning supplies on an as-needed basis for school and department sites and a district warehouse. Items include janitorial tools and equipment, paper products, liners, gloves, personal protective products, dispensers, floor-care products, cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, soaps, sanitizers, and related supplies. Bidders must identify manufacturers and model numbers, provide pricing and delivery information, and submit safety data sheets for chemicals. The District may request samples for specified items, including gloves, masks, disinfecting products, and other supplies. School-site orders must be delivered directly to the ordering location, generally within three to five days after receipt of order; warehouse bulk orders must generally be delivered within two to six weeks. The solicitation anticipates an estimated annual purchasing value of $800,000 but provides no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchases. The initial contract term is three years, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Required submissions include the invitation-to-bid form, pricing/delivery/warranty forms, bidder qualifications and references, principal-place-of-business and financial-qualification statements, and the listed certifications and affidavits.
