Description
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is seeking a formal quote for 25 Tayco brand Cosmo-style cubicles at its Cleveland West location. The requested scope includes the cubicle parts list, freight if applicable, and installation. Respondents should identify any applicable state contract and catalog numbers and provide an estimated delivery date. Award will be based on lowest cost, subject to the respondent being responsive, responsible, and able to complete the described work. Responses must be submitted through the OhioBuys Supplier Portal; mailed, emailed, and faxed responses will not be accepted. A formal quote is required, along with the listed RFQ certification and compliance materials. The Preference Certification Statements form is required only when seeking Buy America, Buy Ohio, or Veterans Preference.
