Description

Goddard Unified School District 265 is seeking dedicated internet access with guaranteed, synchronous bandwidth in the 10–20 Gbps range, plus operations and maintenance for 14 network connections. Internet bids must identify the proposed bandwidth, pricing, and any installation charges; bids for service at an incorrect address or without dedicated access may be disqualified. The internet circuit is to terminate at 16152 W. Explorer Street, Goddard, Kansas. The district also seeks 13 UPS/battery backup units and related equipment, including specified Eaton and Tripp Lite models or functionally equivalent equipment. The hardware project must be bid in its entirety; refurbished equipment is not accepted, and bidders must provide compatibility documentation unless proposing the preferred make and model. A completed C2 Cover Page is required with internal-connections bids. Contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval, and the district may proceed with all or part of the project.
