Description
The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Internal Network Security Monitoring (INSM) Program. The selected contractor will provide the complete Tenable OT Security platform, including software licenses, sensors, and Industrial Core Platform (ICP) components, along with expert advisory services to support deployment, tuning, workflow development, and compliance documentation. The contractor will work remotely; BWL will handle all hands-on engineering and network configuration. The contract includes a three-year licensing term with support and maintenance. Key milestones include delivery within 30 days of award, initial planning within 15 days of delivery, and full operational readiness by April 1, 2028 to meet NERC CIP-015 compliance.
